My sister Cassie just had surgery. She had endomitryosis so they went in and lazered it off. She is now suppose to be able to get pregnant. After a long while of not knowing what was wrong, the problem is now suppose to be fixed. She has been through constant mixed emotions as you can imagine. She is a tough women and a great example to me. We want her to know we love her and we are here for you Cass. We cannot wait till you get better. MaeLyn helped me color this sign since (MaeLyn) cant see you! ( she loves Aunt CaKi and would want to jump all over her.)

Happy New Year!

I'm one of the few I think that does not make any resolutions,or goals or anything. Although I know its another year to make better then the last. I hope everyone is having a great start to a New Year! We Love you all!!! Ohh we were able to go out on the Rhino this last weekend and it was so much fun you gotta get one. A great family thing to go do MaeLyn even fell asleep on it. Thank you Nana and Papa Haslam for the great time.

Merry Christmas

We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. I know we did. I love Christmas we put up our tree the day after Thanksgiving and it came down the day after Christmas. What a perfect time to reflect upon the savior and his sacrfice for us and to spend time with family. Which we did a lot of.

My mom has a tradition to give all the grand kids pjs on Christmas Eve. Since Mae is the only girl so far she got stuck with boy pjs but she didn't mind.

My Favorite time is to walk into my moms house and see this. This is what happens when you have such a large family. Sorry mom we love you and we know it is a lot of work. We don't have any pictures from Nate's Family because the camera battery died. We went up to Pine with his family they have a cabin there it was freezing but we had a blast two days of Christmas we celebrated it on Wednesday with his family. What more could you ask for.

I want to thank everyone who has helped me through out the last two weeks as I have been recovering. The babysitting that has been done, the cleaning, the shopping and the dinners that were brought. I am so grateful for all the family that we have so close and their willingness to help. Especially thanks to my mom, sister, and of course my hubby. I Love you all so very much.

Big Sister

MaeLyn has been so sweet with her baby brother. Its funny to see the motherly intuition at such a young age. I was nervous at first on how she would handle not having all of the attention or if she would be jealous but she has been so good with Beck. She is so soft with him, she loves to give him his bottle, she will put his pacifier in his mouth, cover him with his blanket, help bath him, and gives him plenty of kisses. I love her so much and am so proud of her. I never feel nervous leaving her alone in the room with him. So thank you MaeLyn!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!
